Aromas burst with strawberries and cream, subtle blue fruit and fairy floss.

A medium bodied rosé with sherbert-like acidity. Fresh strawberry, red plums, blueberry and pomegranate are present which leads into some notes of freshly struck match. The finish is soft and creamy with fresh strawberry. 

The palate is dry, round and fresh, reflecting the strawberry and cream notes with a nice, savoury soft acid balance. A versatile food wine.
